If you want to change your email address associated with your membership, its easy.
- Log into the Springbank Hill Community Association membership management system using the email address we have on file for you currently. Click here to open the login page in a new tab.
If you are not sure what your password is, use the “Forgot Password?” link and enter the email address we have on file for you currently.
2. Once logged in, click “Profile”
3. Type your new email address in the “Email” field.
4. Click “Save Profile”
That’s it! Your future email updates from the community association, and receipts for memberships or registrations will now come to your new email address.
Note: if you already have an account under a previous email address, but cannot access your previous email address, please do not create a new account. Contact us, and we can update your email address for you.
