I started making Cinnamon Buns in my late teens, but am still at a loss as to where the original recipe came from!  Over the years I’ve definitely tweaked the process so much that it’s pretty much all mine now!  I modified and perfected the dough to be super light & fluffy which why I believe so many people love my Cinnamon Buns. The inside is super-gooey due to the perfect balance of sugar and cinnamon.
